Aquadelferro is the place where you can savor the flavors and aromas of tradition while enjoying an unparalleled view, stretching from Taormina to the Gulf of Catania, passing through the enchanting village of Santa Caterina. It is precisely from here that the iron-rich spring originates, which inspired our choice for the name of the restaurant.

Aquadelferro awaits you every evening and on Sundays for lunch, with a menu that varies according to the season, focusing on local products and cooked with passion. Since 2009, it has been part of the Alliance between Chefs and SLOW FOOD, a large solidarity network where chefs make a pact with producers of “Presidi”, committing to promoting their products, such as the Nebrodi Black Pig, Bronte Pistachio, Giarratana onions and the famous “Trunzo di Aci”.

Also worth trying is the pizza, which is left to rise for 24-48 hours to ensure all the maturation processes are completed. A dough made with stone-ground timilia wholemeal flour and gluten-free dough are available. To season our pizza, we use the highest-quality cheese, mozzarella, and cured meats, and, whenever possible, certified organic vegetables, thus guaranteeing a product of the highest quality.

Aquadelferro is therefore the perfect location for any type of event, from weddings to family celebrations or business meetings, thanks to the absolutely attentive service and excellent quality of the dishes.

Every morning, you can recharge your batteries with delicious hot drinks served at your table and a generous sweet and savory buffet. In addition to typical continental and international dishes, you’ll also find local produce, fresh fruit salads, homemade cakes, freshly squeezed Sicilian orange juice, locally sourced and fair trade honey and jams, and more. Upon request, products for all dietary needs.
